For groups residing at the Bay Gardens Hotel conference room is free or discounted depending on the number of rooms booked. |

| Function Guarantees |
| We ask that you give us a final attendance number guarantee 24 hours prior to your function, so that we may make final arrangements. If no final guarantee is received, we will consider the number indicated when the original arrangements were made, to be the correct and guaranteed number of guests, the guaranteed figure represents the minimum number of persons for billing. |

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit will be required 2 weeks prior to the date of the function, with the final payment to be settled on the day of the function. |
